Saido Berahino’s future at West Bromwich Albion appears to be in doubt with the striker refusing to enter negotiations with the club over a new contract, says the Daily Mail.
With Berahino reluctant to tie down a new £50,000 a-week contract at the Hawthorns, chairman Jeremy Pearce could be tempted to offload the man in which he fell out with over the summer.
Reports claim that Tottenham are leading the race to sign the 22-year-old, with Steve McClaren’s Newcastle also interested.

Berahino nearly signed for Spurs on the summer, but the Baggies refused to approve his move to North London.
The Burundi-born Englishman is one of the countries finest prospects after scoring 14 goals in his breakthrough campaign in 2014/15. Despite claiming that he’d never play for West Brom again following the public bust-up with Pearce, Baggies boss Tony Pulis has managed to fit Berahino into his plans this season.
He’s played eight games so far, scoring three goals whilst competing with Salomon Rondon and Rickie Lambert for a place up-front.
Berahino’s contract runs out in 2017, with West Brom now likely to cash-in on the striker rather than let him leave for free. Could Daniel Levy be set to finally acquire Berahino in January?
